Renting our 4 bedroom executive villa is the affordable way to enjoy your stay in a beautifully furnished home, with its own heated private pool, so you can treat yourself and your family to a proper break. The villa is located in the exclusive development of Windwood bay, Davenport, Orlando, Florida. For most children of all ages, Orlando means one thing- great theme parks- and we are perfectly situated for all of the attractions which have made Orlando, Florida the vacation capital of the world. With championship golf, and shopping, less than five minutes drive, and Walt Disney World less than 15 minutes, this is the ideal location for your vacation in Florida! Our luxury Orlando Vacation Home comprises of 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms- ideal for two families sharing, one double bedded room, and a twin bedroom. The spacious air-conditioned living space totals about 1960 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated non-slip floor tiles giving that luxurious & spacious feel to make your holiday home one to remember. It is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and can accommodate eight in comfort and up to 10 by utilising the sofa beds in the family and sitting rooms.

Family Room: This room is large and spacious, fully air-conditioned for all the family to unwind and relax. It has a large television with an abundance of cable channels and a ceiling fan. It is also equipped with a VCR, DVD And Stereo System With Multi-CD Player for your enjoyment.

Formal lounge Formal lounge and dining room. A bright and airy room for you and your family to unwind. Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining area with comfortable dining table and chairs complete with placemats.

Master Bedroom: The tastefully decorated master suite has a queen-size bed, cable TV and ceiling fan, two bedside tables with lamps and a large chest of drawers with mirror. There is a large walk in closet. Beside the closet is a large en-suite bathroom with a cubicle shower, sink/vanity unit and mirror and a large sunken bath.

Second Master Bedroom: At the front of the property this bedroom comprises of a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large chest of drawers, built-in closet, cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and sink/vanity unit with mirror.

Double Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, built-in closet.

Twin Bedroom: This bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and a built-in closet.

Dinning: The dining area can seat six people comfortably and is elegantly arranged complete with place mats. There is an additional table and chairs in the kitchen area.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you are ever likely to need whilst on vacation. This includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Silverware, crockery and cooking utensils are provided including unbreakable items for use out by the pool. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for casual dining or breakfast.

Breakfast table: Breakfast table over-looking the pool. The kitchen and breakfast table area gets the morning sun- a great place for family breakfast and a great start to your day.

Pool Deck: There is a 28' x 14' pool with fibre optic lighting, both of which can be heated for a small additional charge. Poolside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and loungers for relaxing on after a hard day at the Theme Parks! It has a pool screen for your comfort and a removable child safety fence. A gas BBQ grill is also available for your use. Child safety pool alarm can be found on the sliding doors leading to the pool area.

Utility Room: Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Windwood Bay Community: Windwood Bay is a beautiful community located on CR54. The community has a large recreation area and is surrounded by conservation land and wetlands. Lake Madison is a short walk with its nature trail around the lake. Champions Gate championship golf complex with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, with a Publix supermarket, a French Restaurant, McDonalds, Subway, Walgreens pharmacy, gas station and ATM, Italian restaurant and pizzeria and a Chinese take away is a 3 minute drive. Walt Disney World is a 15 minute drive, with Universal Studios and Sea world being 25 minutes. HWY192 with its many attractions including Medieval Times, The Old Town and Water Mania, shops, a 24-hour Super Wal-Mart, food outlets and restaurants, and themed dinner shows including Arabian Nights is within a 10 minute drive away. Easy access to the I4 with its links to the Gulf coast, Space coast and airports.
